General delivery conditions
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times for in-stock products are less than 5 business days for Canada.
Please allow 10-15 business days for personalized items to be dispatched.
Parcel receipts must be signed by the recipient or a trusted third party.
Dumontier reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery of an order if the address indicated does not seem safe (for example a common box). In such circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided regarding your address, personal details, delivery address and payment method is correct and accurate.
Delivery promise
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible and meet the delivery times stated. However, during peak periods there may be delivery delays beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible once we become aware of any issues.
Defective item/Wrong item received
If you have received the wrong item or it is defective, please contact us by email at info@dumontier.co so that we can tell you what to do.
Missing packages
If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please notify us as soon as possible within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to locate the package and issue a refund or replacement.
Customs and import duties
Any customs or import duties on shipments to countries other than Canada are charged once the package reaches its destination. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot tell you what they will cost as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For more details, contact your local customs office to find out what the fees will be before placing your order.
2- Return
Please make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. Free items must also be returned if your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer in order to obtain your refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
If your item has been opened, washed, is stained or tangled, it will be returned to you.
These return conditions do not apply to personalized items.
Any item that is personalized at the time of ordering cannot be returned.
The deadline to return an item is 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.
We will refund or deliver your new order within a maximum of 14 days following the date of receipt of your return.
